Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations are NOT accepted. 

 

All items are FINAL SALE.

 

Most items are made to order thus cannot be refunded. 

 

Please measure your wall space to ensure that you have adequate space for your paintings or prints. 

Clothing is made to order, thus cannot be returned or exchanged. Please refer to the size chart before placing an order.  Refunds will not be given for incorrect sizes made by the customer. If you were sent the wrong size or there is an issue with the order, please take a photo of it and email SheaArtDesign@gmail.com. 

 

Damaged Items:  

In the rare event that your item is damaged during shipping, please email SheaArtDesign@gmail.com within 36 hours of receiving the package. Photos of the damaged packaging and items are required as proof. You must keep the original packaging and its containments until we reach a resolution.
